Q: Are conference rooms available for meetings?
A: Conference rooms are available in select locations listed as Premium in specific markets. You can view these locations by clicking on this link. In our mail center locations, where staff receive your mail and packages on your behalf, conference or meeting room facilities are not available for client meetings.

Q: Do you offer live answering?
A: Yes, our professional receptionists will answer your calls live, using your company name, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm in the PST timezone (8 am to 5 pm). Outside of these hours, your calls will be directed to your company voicemail.

Q: Can I keep my existing company phone number?
A: Absolutely! You have two options:

  1. Set up call forwarding from your current carrier to the phone number you choose with Opus Virtual Offices (instant process).
  2. Port your current company phone number from your existing carrier to the Opus Virtual Offices carrier (takes approximately 10 business days).

A: Yes, you can choose any of our locations as your corporate mailing address. We also provide a mail forwarding service to enhance your privacy. Additionally, selected locations offer additional services such as conference rooms and private parking.

Q: Can I have my mail forwarded?
A: Certainly! We offer Mail Forwarding services that can be customized to meet your specific needs. Postage or shipping charges will apply. Mail Forwarding can be initiated once your account is activated.
